MARKETING ASSISTANT
Position: Marketing Assistant-Online Order Processing
Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Assistant to manage the end-to-end online order process for e-commerce platforms such as Daraz and our website. This role involves ensuring smooth order management, customer satisfaction, and timely deliveries by effectively coordinating with third-party logistics and internal transport teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage pending orders, including generating invoices and shipping documents for e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and inquiries.
- Handle returns by inspecting packages for issues and processing return invoices.
- Arrange deliveries with third-party logistics partners and in-house transport, ensuring timely dispatch and follow-ups on delays.
- Maintain and update order records in the system for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Strong command of English and Sinhala is essential;
- knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Completion of a basic marketing course is an added advantage.

Position: Junior Digital Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Junior Digital Marketing Executive to manage social media platforms and assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns. This role requires some hands-on experience in running ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and a basic understanding of digital marketing strategies. While the candidate may not have deep expertise across all Meta objectives, they should be comfortable drafting and executing campaigns, analyzing basic performance metrics, and working collaboratively with the team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their skills and take on more responsibility in digital marketing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts with a focus on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok.
Create, schedule, and manage posts and stories using Meta Business Suite and backend tools on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Draft and execute both organic and paid campaigns on Meta platforms, including basic campaign setup and management (e.g., awareness, engagement, traffic).
Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyzing data to optimize results under the guidance of senior team members.
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content that is aligned with social media trends and platform best practices.
Stay informed on basic updates to platform algorithms and trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
Assist with preparing reports on campaign performance and digital marketing efforts.
Conduct competitor analysis and report on social media strategies of similar businesses.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or related roles.
Practical experience running paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), with basic knowledge of campaign objectives (e.g., awareness, engagement, traffic).
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and knowledge of ad formats, targeting options, and analytics tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly YouTube and TikTok.
Basic analytical skills to interpret performance data and suggest optimizations for ongoing campaigns.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the team.
A certificate or diploma in Digital Marketing will be an advantage.
A desire to grow professionally and stay updated with new trends and platform changes.
