Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing 

All orders placed through agc.lk are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and mercantile holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email, SMS, or WhatsApp message with your order details and tracking information (if applicable). 

If there is a delay due to stock availability or verification issues, our customer service team will contact you promptly.

 

2. Delivery Coverage 

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka through our trusted courier partners. Delivery time may vary depending on your location: 

  • Colombo & Suburbs: 37 working days
  • Other Districts: 3–7 working days
  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during promotions, holidays, or unforeseen delays. 

 

3. Store Pickup 

You may also choose to collect your order from our showrooms Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm and Saturday from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm:

  • Colombo Store: No. 47, Maha Vidyalaya Mawatha, Colombo 13
  • Kurunegala Store: No. 209, Dambulla Road, Kurunegala (Collection may take 5-7 working days)

Pickup orders are usually ready within 1–2 working days. Our team will notify you once your order is available for collection. 

 

5. Order Tracking 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if available) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp message. You can use this number to track your delivery status with our courier partner. 

 

6. Delivery Attempts 

Our courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery. 

 

7. Damaged or Missing Items 

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review and resolve your case promptly.

 8. International Shipping 

Currently, AGC.lk ships only within Sri Lanka. We are working towards expanding our delivery services internationally in the near future.
